Prominent historic Elliott Building to be part of downtown resurgence
Located at the corner of Woodward and
Grand River Avenues, the high-profile six-story Elliott Building will be restored and transformed into 15-18 luxury condominiums sized from
800-3,000+ sq. ft., including three duplex penthouses. The building, built by William Elliott for his emporium in 1894, will have retail at street
level. The pending re-development will help complete the revitalization of the lower Woodward corridor in downtown Detroit. Estimated project
completion is fall of 2007.
