Restoration to original appearance while upgrading mechanical and electrical systems for future use
Work on this three-story pentagon-shaped structure built in 1910, performed
in conjunction with the Christman Company, won two distinct awards for
historical preservation. JC Beal Construction was responsible for all
significant structural and architectural enhancements which included roof
and foundation improvements, restoration of existing finishes, and
rebuilding a number of original features such as an interior balcony.
Much of the work was performed by our own uniquely talented tradespeople,
contributing significantly to the quality and efficiency of this project.
