Located in Ann Arbor's Allen Creek floodway, construction of this project required careful coordination between the developer/contractor, architect, and regulatory organizations from the City, County, and State. Noted for innovative site use, the 3000 square foot building was designed to complement neighboring homes and commercial structures.
