Well-known combined apartment and City Club building is set for major restoration
The 22 story Leland House currently has approximately 150 single occupancy rooms and 120 apartment units. The building also houses the well known City Club. The redevelopment plan is not yet complete, but is expected to include the conversion of some portion of the building to condominiums, and improvements to the remaining single occupancy rooms, apartments, and public spaces.
