Multi-phased work
enhances efficiency

Each Medstat department within the 130,000 sq. ft. tenant space received a complete architectural facelift, as well as major mechanical and electrical improvements. The top-down renovation was broken into nine phases of six weeks each, beginning with the 10th-floor administrative office.
