Major renovation in minimal time

Previously a pharmacy, the build- ing required significant interior work conversion to a specialty grocery store. The project includ- ed space reconfiguration, system replacement, and finish work, co- ordinated among several vendors. In spite of changes in scope, the construction project was completed within the required 100-day schedule.
