Brought in after the original restoration had contractor had abandoned the project, JC Beal Construction provided plans for permitting and completed the restoration of this 11 unit apartment building. The work included water/mold remediation and typical restoration activities, and minor redesigns and product upgrades intended to modernize the units for premium leasing.
