This well-situated eight-story building at the corner of Park and Montcalm Streets was constructed in the early 20th century as an office building and was most recently occupied as a factory by the Iodent Toothpaste Company. Plans to bring this building out of its 20 plus year vacancy include a comprehensive exterior restoration involving the reuse of existing materials wherever possible.

The Centaur Bar has been constructed in beautiful Art Deco style on the lower two floors. Future plans include the construction of 16 loft-style apartments on the upper six floors.
