This project restored the building’s exterior and many interior features to their late 1800’s glory while upgrading mechanical and electrical systems to satisfy new tenant requirements. To meet Secretary of Interior Rehabilitation Standards for securing federal and state historic tax credits; the endeavor demanded meticulous management of sub-contractors and tradespeople.
