JC Beal Construction LLC has been assigned by Olympia Development of Michigan the Design Build assignment to structurally stabilize and perform extensive façade restoration work to this long-abandoned 7 story building located at the NW corner of Temple and Park Streets in Detroit to prepare it for future tenant buildout

Working with Hamilton Anderson Architects, Resurget Engineering and Giffels Webster we have recently submitted this project to the Detroit Historic District Commission (HDC) for review and anticipate their approval in June. Construction design work continues, but we anticipate a construction start prior to year end.
